3D Design & Visualization
Your dreams and visions take shape with us. Using modern 3D modeling, we design the look for your animatronic figure. From the rough, conceptual design to the detailed form, we create an accurate representation of your vision. The focus here is primarily on representing the form itself and incorporating surface textures and tactile characteristics. Using modern 3D printing technology and other traditional approaches, we give your figure its appearance.
Planning & Development
Using modern CAD technology, the mechanics and thus the movements of your figures are designed, developed and simulated according to your individual ideas.
Material processing
Using the latest CNC milling and laser technology, each individual part is manufactured with the tightest tolerances and the highest precision. Only the highest quality materials are used to ensure durability and robustness .
The mechanism consists of a lightweight aluminum base frame, durable pneumatics, and a reliable control system. The figure itself is manufactured from silicone, bioresin, or other materials using modern 3D printing technology, depending on the project size and movement. Upon request, it can also be equipped with a premium sound system and lighting effects.
